Straight answers

What we are, and what we are not.

Booking through someone you have not used before is a fair thing to be careful about. Here is the honest version, so you can decide.

We are a booking assistant

You tell us what you want. We do the searching, comparing and arranging, and you get one quote covering the whole plan instead of five tabs and five checkouts.

We are not an airline or a hotel

We are independent. Your booking is made with the airline, hotel or rental company, and their terms and conditions are the ones that apply to it.

You approve before you pay

Names, dates, times and the total go to you in writing first. Nothing is charged while you are still deciding, and you can walk away at that point.

If it cannot be booked, you are refunded

If we agree a booking and it cannot be completed, eligible payments are returned under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. That is written down, not a promise in a chat.

How do I request a quote?

Use the short form above. Requesting a quote does not require payment.

Do I need Telegram to talk to you?

No. You can chat with us on this website: send the form, then open the chat in the corner and sign in with your email. Telegram remains available if you prefer it, and we reply by email either way.

When do I pay?

Payment is requested after confirmation details are supplied for review. Available methods include Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

How quickly will I hear back?

Most requests receive a response within 30 minutes and are confirmed within 2 to 24 hours, depending on availability.

What if the booking cannot be completed?

If an agreed booking cannot be completed, eligible payments are refunded under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
