Advertising and measurement cookies from Meta and Google are used only after you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, or make no choice, they are not set. The private administrator panel uses one strictly necessary secure session cookie after a bot-delivered one-time code is verified.

1. Current cookie use

A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. The public website uses advertising and measurement cookies only with your consent, as described in section 2. Without consent it sets no advertising, analytics, or personalization cookie, and the quote form does not place its contents in a browser cookie or local storage. When submitted, the quote details are sent to the Witcher Travel Deals server and stored as described in the Privacy Policy so a short-lived Telegram bot handoff can be created.

The private administrator panel sets a strictly necessary session cookie on the secure API subdomain after a short-lived code sent only to the configured administrator chat is verified. The cookie is marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=None so authenticated panel requests can reach the separate API origin. It contains a random session token rather than customer information, expires after the configured short session period, and is protected by an exact-origin allowlist and a separate anti-forgery token. It is used only for customer-management functions and is removed at sign-out or expiry.

The website may require basic hosting or security technologies if deployed through a hosting provider. Where those technologies are strictly necessary to deliver or secure the site, they may operate without being used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

2. Advertising and measurement

Witcher Travel Deals advertises on Meta platforms and on Google. To measure which advertisements lead to quote requests, the website can load the Meta Pixel and the Google tag. These technologies read and write cookies and similar browser storage, and they send Meta and Google information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view on this site, and whether you submitted the quote form.

These technologies are not strictly necessary. They do not load, and no advertising cookie is set, until you select Accept in the consent banner shown on your first visit. Selecting Decline, or closing the site without choosing, leaves them inactive. Google Consent Mode is configured so that all advertising and analytics storage begins in a denied state and changes only on your acceptance.

You can change your decision at any time. Selecting Cookie settings clears the stored choice, switches consent back off, and shows the banner again. Clearing site data in your browser has the same effect.

The website also records advertising click identifiers, such as a Google gclid or a Meta fbclid, that an advertisement adds to the address when you arrive. These are kept in browser session storage for the current tab only, are removed when the tab closes, and are used to attribute a quote request to the advertisement that produced it.

Meta and Google act as independent controllers for the data they receive through these technologies. Their own policies govern that processing: see the Meta Privacy Policy and the Google advertising notice.

3. Third-party resources

The website requests font files from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested file, and referring page. Browser caching may store copies of files locally.

Following links to Telegram, payment services, suppliers, or other websites takes you to services that may set their own cookies or use other tracking technologies. Their policies and consent tools apply independently.

4. Browser controls

You can use browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect site operation. You can also limit referrer information, use privacy-protection features, or prevent third-party content from loading through supported browser settings and extensions.

5. Further changes

If additional nonessential analytics, advertising, embedded media, or personalization technologies are added beyond those described in section 2, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent control will be provided where required before those technologies operate.

6. Contact

Questions about cookies or website technology can be sent to support@witchertraveldeals.com. Information about broader data handling appears in the Privacy Policy.
