Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency transfers may have limited or no buyer protection and can be difficult or impossible to reverse. Verify every payment instruction before sending funds.

1. When payment is requested

Requesting a quote does not require payment. Payment is due only at the stage stated in the written quote or confirmation. Review the service, supplier, names, dates, product details, total, currency, refund status, and payment recipient before paying.

A screenshot, message, or reservation reference may not by itself prove that a supplier will honor a booking. Where possible, verify confirmation details directly with the supplier using contact information obtained independently.

2. Official communication channels

The official contact points listed on this website are:

  • Telegram: the quote bot opened directly from the form on witchertraveldeals.com
  • Email: support@witchertraveldeals.com

Do not trust lookalike bots or usernames, unsolicited direct messages, comments, recovery agents, or payment changes that cannot be verified through an established official conversation. A payment recipient may vary by method, so confirm it in the same official conversation immediately before payment.

3. Payment-method disclosures

Zelle and Cash App

These services are designed primarily for payments to people or businesses you know. Transfers may be immediate and may not include credit-card-style chargeback rights. Confirm the recipient name, handle, amount, and purpose before authorizing the transfer.

Other payment services

Payment services may impose identity checks, account limits, fees, holds, or their own prohibited-use rules. Their terms and dispute procedures apply independently.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

  • Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
  • Confirm the asset, network, wallet address, amount, and network fee. Sending the wrong asset or using the wrong network may permanently lose funds.
  • Do not send wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or one-time codes. They are never needed to receive a legitimate payment.
  • The quote should identify how exchange rates are calculated and how a potential refund will be valued.
  • Blockchain confirmation time and network fees are outside Witcher Travel Deals’ control.

5. Protecting yourself

  1. Start from the contact links on this website rather than search results or forwarded profiles.
  2. Ask for a written breakdown of the request and total.
  3. Check spelling carefully in Telegram handles, email domains, payment tags, and wallet addresses.
  4. Never allow remote access to your device and never share verification codes.
  5. Pause if someone pressures you to pay immediately, split payments unexpectedly, or hide the transaction purpose.
  6. Keep the quote, confirmation, payment receipt, transaction ID, and conversation history.

6. If something looks wrong

Do not send payment. Contact support@witchertraveldeals.com through a new message and describe the concern. If payment has already been sent, contact the payment provider immediately, secure the affected accounts, preserve evidence, and report fraud to the appropriate local authority.

Payment disputes and eligible refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
