1. Money-back guarantee
The Witcher Travel Deals money-back guarantee applies when payment has been received for an agreed request and Witcher Travel Deals is unable to complete that request or provide the promised confirmation.
Where the guarantee applies, the amount paid for the uncompleted request will be refunded. The guarantee does not create a right to cancel a valid, confirmed, non-refundable supplier booking or order.
2. Before confirmation
- If no payment has been made and the request cannot be completed, no refund is necessary and the request may be closed.
- If payment was requested in advance for a specific agreed reason and the request cannot be completed, the payment is eligible for refund.
- If availability or price changes before approval, you may reject the revised quote without a service cancellation fee unless a disclosed supplier charge has already been authorized.
3. Customer changes and cancellations
After a booking or order is confirmed, the supplier’s rules determine whether it can be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded. Some flights, hotel rates, event tickets, rentals, and promotional products are non-refundable.
If a supplier permits a change or refund, Witcher Travel Deals will help submit the request. Supplier penalties, fare differences, delivery costs, return shipping, network fees, and disclosed service work may be deducted where permitted and clearly itemized.
No refund is normally available for:
- No-shows, missed departures, late arrival, denied entry, or missing documents.
- Incorrect names, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, links, or other details approved by the customer.
- Voluntary cancellation of a non-refundable booking, ticket, rental, or product.
- Loss caused by violating supplier terms or applicable law.
4. Supplier cancellations and disruptions
If an airline, hotel, venue, rental provider, retailer, or other supplier cancels or materially changes its service, the remedy is generally controlled by the supplier’s policy and applicable law. Available remedies may include rebooking, credit, replacement, or refund.
Witcher Travel Deals will provide reasonable assistance but cannot promise that a supplier will approve a particular remedy or complete it within a particular time.
5. IKEA and other retail orders
Retail returns are subject to the retailer’s return window, product-condition requirements, proof-of-purchase rules, exclusions, and pickup or delivery terms. Opened, assembled, used, customized, clearance, or damaged products may have limited return rights. The customer is responsible for verifying product links, dimensions, colors, quantities, and pickup location before approval.
6. How to request a refund

- Provide the booking or order reference, payment date, amount, reason, and relevant supplier notice.
- Do not publish sensitive payment or identity information in a public channel.
- Allow time to verify payment, supplier status, and eligibility.
Approved refunds are targeted for initiation within five business days after eligibility is confirmed. Banks, payment applications, suppliers, and blockchain networks may require additional time.
7. Refund method and amount
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible. A different method may be used only after identity and account ownership are verified.
Unless a written quote states otherwise, a cryptocurrency refund is calculated using the original payment asset and amount. Non-refundable blockchain network fees may be excluded only where disclosed or charged by the network. Witcher Travel Deals is not responsible for market-value changes between payment and refund.
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.
