1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or approving a request, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Safety Policy, and any written terms supplied with the quote. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the transaction.
If you act for other travelers or recipients, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their information and accept the applicable terms for them.
2. Our role
Witcher Travel Deals provides independent booking and purchasing assistance for flights, stays, events, attractions, car rentals, eligible retail orders, and agreed custom requests. The exact role for a transaction is described in the quote or confirmation.
Unless a confirmation expressly says otherwise, Witcher Travel Deals does not operate the airline, hotel, property, venue, rental vehicle, transportation service, retail store, or other underlying product. The supplier remains responsible for delivering its product or service.
3. Quotes, savings, and confirmation
- A quote is based on the information supplied and availability at the time it is prepared.
- Prices, inventory, schedules, seats, rooms, vehicles, products, taxes, and supplier fees may change before confirmation.
- Displayed prices, savings, and examples are illustrative unless identified as a live quote for your request.
- References to savings of “up to 50%” describe potential savings on eligible requests and are not guaranteed for every request.
- A request becomes accepted only when written confirmation is supplied.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate names, dates, contact details, links, product selections, and other request information.
- Reviewing every confirmation immediately and reporting errors before payment or within any stated correction window.
- Checking passport validity, visas, entry rules, health requirements, licenses, age rules, deposits, and insurance needs.
- Arriving on time and complying with supplier rules, baggage limits, property rules, rental terms, ticket restrictions, and laws.
- Using only the official contact and payment details confirmed through this website.
Costs caused by incorrect information, missed deadlines, denied entry, no-shows, or failure to follow supplier rules may be your responsibility.
5. Supplier terms
Every booking or order may also be subject to the supplier’s own terms, including cancellation rules, identity checks, deposits, security holds, product limits, ticket transfer rules, and acceptable-use policies. If supplier terms conflict with these Terms regarding the supplier’s product, the supplier’s terms generally control that product.
Car rentals
The named driver must meet the rental provider’s age, license, identification, card, deposit, and insurance requirements. A quoted rental price may exclude optional insurance, fuel, tolls, deposits, young-driver fees, or location surcharges unless expressly included.
IKEA and retail requests
Product availability, substitutions, pickup rules, warranties, returns, and product condition are controlled by the retailer. Customers must verify product names, colors, sizes, quantities, pickup location, and links before approving an order.
6. Payment
Payment is due only at the stage stated in the written quote or confirmation. Accepted methods may include Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies. Payment method risks and verification steps are described in the Payment Safety Policy.
Do not send payment to a handle, email, wallet, or account that has not been confirmed through an official channel. Taxes, network fees, supplier fees, and currency conversion will be disclosed when known or may be charged separately by the relevant provider.
7. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Change and cancellation rights depend on the supplier and the specific quote. Some bookings, tickets, rates, and products are non-changeable or non-refundable. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the general process and the money-back guarantee.
Events outside reasonable control, including weather, strikes, border restrictions, supplier insolvency, schedule changes, system outages, and government actions, may affect performance. Support will be provided where reasonably possible, but supplier remedies and applicable law control many outcomes.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability, a specific saving, or supplier performance cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witcher Travel Deals is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, supplier acts or omissions, missed travel caused by the customer, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount paid to Witcher Travel Deals for the affected request, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Acceptable use and brand notice
Do not use the service for fraud, stolen payment methods, prohibited goods, sanctions evasion, resale that violates supplier terms, or any unlawful purpose. A request may be declined where legality, authorization, identity, safety, or supplier compliance cannot be verified.
Airline, hotel, event, rental, payment, Airbnb, IKEA, and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatible services only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
10. Complaints, applicable law, and updates
Contact support@witchertraveldeals.com first so a concern can be investigated. These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. No part of these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Terms may be updated for future requests. The version accepted for a confirmed request continues to apply to that request unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
